The Canadian Centre for Child Protection Inc. (C3P) is a national charity dedicated to the personal safety and protection of children. Our goal is to reduce the sexual abuse and exploitation of children, to assist in the location of missing children, and to prevent child victimization.
C3P operates Cybertip.ca — Canada’s tipline for reporting child sexual abuse and exploitation on the internet — as well as other prevention and intervention programs and initiatives.
About This Position
The Canadian Centre for Child Protection Inc. is a charitable organization dedicated to the personal safety of all children. We are seeking a personable, energetic, and proactive individual to fill the full-time position of Program Expansion and Training Coordinator.
As a key member of our Education Team, the Program Expansion and Training Coordinator plays an important role in supporting school boards and child-serving organizations across Canada, helping to increase the safety of hundreds of thousands of children each year. The Coordinator builds and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders to strengthen their understanding of child safeguarding issues and support the implementation of child sexual abuse prevention programs and resources.
In this role, the Coordinator delivers presentations and workshops — both in person and online — to children, youth, and adults across Canada. The position also contributes to initiatives aimed at expanding the reach and adoption of the Centre’s programs through proactive outreach and ongoing engagement with stakeholders by phone and email. Working collaboratively with Centre staff, the Coordinator also supports the dissemination of educational resources and assists with departmental operational needs.
Requirements include:
- University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Experience in effectively communicating complex or sensitive information (oral, written and interpersonal).
- Demonstrated time and process-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and trouble-shooting skills.
- Proficiency in the use of computers including word processing, spreadsheets, CRM tools, email, and web-based applications.
- Skilled in multitasking and adapting within fast paced environment.
- Experience working with schools or child-serving organizations is an asset.
- Availability for future travel within Canada is required.
- Valid driver’s licence with access to a reliable vehicle for travel to schools, community sites, and partner organizations.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

This position offers a salary range of $56,650-$66,950, depending on experience and qualifications.
