The Canadian Centre for Child Protection

Breaking the Cycle of Victimization

In just five years, Project Arachnid, the Canadian Centre for Child Protection’s (C3P) platform to detect known images of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and issue removal notices to industry, has led to the removal of six million images of CSAM, helping to break the cycle victimization for survivors.

To mark this milestone, C3P has released a short film, Unwanted Followers, to help tell the real stories and experiences of survivors whose child sexual abuse was recorded and distributed online.
