C3P operates Cybertip.ca — Canada’s tipline for reporting child sexual abuse and exploitation on the internet — as well as other prevention and intervention programs and initiatives.

This exciting new role of Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will help to guide financial decisions, shape organizational priorities, and ensure resources are used where they can have the greatest impact. Reporting to the Business Systems Specialist (Director), you’ll work with leaders across C3P to turn financial information into practical insights that support our mission. This is a great opportunity for someone to be part of a growing team and make their mark on this newly created position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to guide financial decisions and resource allocation.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and planning.
- Translate financial results into clear reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance.
- Support financial controls, year-end activities, and audit requirements.
- Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.
Requirements Include:
- CPA designation or working toward completion.
- At least three years of experience in management accounting, financial planning and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships, collaborate across teams and influence decisions.
Bilingual in English and another language is considered an asset.
