C3P operates Cybertip.ca — Canada’s tipline for reporting child sexual abuse and exploitation on the internet — as well as other prevention and intervention programs and initiatives.
About This Position
C3P is seeking a responsible, dedicated individual to join our team as a Education Development Coordinator.

The Canadian Centre for Child Protection, a national charitable organization dedicated to the personal safety of all children, is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and editing skills to join team as a full time Education Development Coordinator.
In this dynamic, fast-paced role, the Education Development Coordinator will be, responsible for coordinating, reviewing, editing and maintaining educational content. Additionally, the role involves compiling reports and lists, and playing a key role in continuously updating and improving internal processes in collaboration with a wide range of interested parties.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Assist with strategic content development for educational programs, including online training, and digitizing existing materials.
- Review new and existing materials for clarity, readability, consistency, trademarks, spelling/grammar, format, and branding.
- Implement concepts for digitizing program materials.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure the adoption and implementation of new or updated resources.
- Collect data and prepare reports and analyses.
Job Qualifications – Education, Skills, and Experience:
- University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years communications or project coordination experience.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in proofreading and editing.
- Strong communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal).
- Experience multitasking and adapting within fast paced environment.
- Experience collecting data, reporting on feedback, and recommending program improvements.
- Proficiency in the use of computers for word processing, spreadsheets, data management, CRM, email, and internet.
