About This Position

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Coordinator, Strategic Marketing.

The Coordinator, Strategic Marketing supports the implementation of C3P’s marketing and branding strategies to increase public awareness of the organization’s mission, programs, and services. Reporting to the Manager, Communications, the role contributes to branding, public relations, social media, fundraising campaigns, and sponsorship initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities include supporting marketing and branding initiatives, assisting with public relations and fundraising campaigns, developing and maintaining social media content, contributing to strategic marketing plans, monitoring campaign effectiveness, and supporting special projects as assigned.

Requirements Include:

  • University degree or college diploma in a relevant field, An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and creative.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Oral and written French is an asset.
  • Participation in communications on-call rotation.

This position offers a salary range of $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
